Hey Atlas., thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the issue you've been dealing with.

In terms of abandonment penalty - it's automatically issued by the server-side if you are unable to reconnect to the game before it's concluded, and the suspension itself will be for a prolonged period of time if this happens on multiple instances.

As far as the crash issue goes, we are more than happy to look into the matter further, therefore so that we could proceed, can I ask you to advise the following:

1. I take it that your game crashes whilst in match, is that right?
2. Do you happen to receive any error messages at all?
3. Since when did it start to happen?
4. Did you notice whether this may be caused by any certain actions in-game, or does it appear to be completely random?

In the meantime, if you haven't already, I'd strongly recommend you to try completing steps outlined in the following article, and see if it helps.
