Following the Y7S4 update (live on 6 Dec 2022 on Xbox One/X) scrolling past the Options > Audio tab always prompts a query to "Apply Changes?" even when you have not changed anything. This occurs every time you scroll past the Audio tab.
UPDATE: This problem also occurs on PlayStation 4.
