[2020] I need help finding my Code for seige

So I have an Uplay/Ubisoft Club account on my ps4, and I recently login on it through PC Uplay, and I want to get seige without having to pay for it (AKA an activation code) but when I check "My games" On Uplay, seige isnt there, therefore I cannot activate it meaning I can't get it, any help on how I can find this activation code through PS4 or any support?

Hey DeletRecruit! Rainbow Six Siege does not support cross-platform at this time, meaning that you would not be able to play the game on PC because you own it on PS4. You would need to buy a separate PC copy in this case. My apologies for the inconvenience and confusion!
