[2022] jitter issue when play on unrank/ranked

HELLOO...

So i have been having bad issues with jitter, latency and packet loss. when i play unranked/ranked. i always got disconnected from the first game, and when i try to reconnect the game, i still got disconnected again from the game. and thats why i got banned for 2 hours in unranked/ranked. i got this problem like a few days ago. but this is nothing happens when i play quick match. the issue like jitter, latency and packet loss suddenly gone like never happen when i play quick match in r6s. i dont know why this problem happens to me. this problem does not come too when i play another game. the worst is when i play unranked/ranked. my wifi card in my laptop suddenly disable itself. can you help me fix this problem? its so annoying and confusing. i can play quick match so clear but always got problem issues when i play unranked/ranked. i dont know the problem come from. its from my pc or the game is broken
