Hey there again!


In general, I do not know much about my BAN either of its reason so I hope there is anybody who could check it.

Only thing I know that I have appealed because of my BAN earlier as well.

My first appeal was in 2018 Jule 13th.
So you can see I got my ban in 2018 and after my appeal I did not even check the websites because of my PC. After that I gave up but I do not remember that the staff helped me or sent me some supportive answers or no.
My username was AkosHUN1212.

Recently when I logged into my acc I just noticed that my username was -BIG- or something like that and my level was bigger so it means someone used my account and banned it out from the community.

To be honest I do not have more pictures only these which I captured 1 week ago.

We cannot discuss or investigate bans/sanctions over the forums I'm afraid but we would certainly look into this with you via a support case.
