[2020] connection failed

I have had this issue for the past 2 weeks and Ive tried all the steps given to do from you guys and STILL nothing has changed. This is the only game I play and because of that game issue I cannot play. Please fix the game so it allows us to play the game because there are many other people with the same issue. I would like immediate response and an update with the matchmaking error
