It does look like you should have received those credits. If for some reason you still haven't, you can try running through this basic connectivity troubleshooting just to ensure it's not a communication issue between you and the game. I've included troubleshooting for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S depending on what platform you're using for your convenience.
