[2021] Computer froze mid game and not letting me reconnect

A game on Theme Park with two rounds lead

I alt+tabed to check my discord message, alt+tabed back into the game and it froze my computer.
After a quick restard I lauched the game normaly, giving me reconnect to ongoing game and didnt let me reconnect
giving me the penalty for an 2 hour.
