I decided to spend my night to play some ranked matches tonight but apparently the game was lagged and disconnected me for at least 2 games and I lost my elo for no reason? Can I get an answer for this and my elo back? The ddos happened around 12~1am for the first match and the second match was at 2:30 ~ 3AM

Please note with any queries to do with MMR no Ubisoft agent has the ability to add or remove MMR on your account, we do not have any tool to do this, this is solely controlled by the game.
