@umg_sirroh Welcome to the forums. I've reviewed the transaction history on our end, and I have a few recommendations.
First, please wait 24 hours before attempting another payment. If there is an issue with a purchase, this will usually resolve by waiting a day or so. I also recommended checking that any VPN services are disabled.
Make sure your Steam Store is set to the correct location and that you have disabled, then reactivated the overlay. Let me know if you see any changes.
