Often when i play ranked i would play rank with my friends. Usually i'd be able to hear and communicate with the randoms on my team but right now I can't hear them at all and it doesn't even show that they're talking despite my friends being able to hear them. Like my friend heard the random teammate callout on his side but on my side it said they didn't even talk at all. I made sure my voice chat's on and stuff and I didn't mute the random teammates I've been getting queue with.

Welcome to the Forums, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with communication!
Could you please check the following and let us know;
- What headset are you using?
- What are your in-game settings? (Are you set to surround)
- Have you tried with any other headsets / output devices?
- Do other players show as speaking to you, just with no sound?
