Hello Ubisoft Support,
I've been playing Rainbow Six Siege today with some of my friends.
- First game I ended up getting an connection failure. Which result in a penalty. Because that I cant join back into the game.
Later on, I played the event "Sugar Fright - Sweet Hunt". And again, the same issue with the connection. Which again results in an hour long penalty.
I dont see how the penalty can fix my connection issue. And its not because of my connection speed or what so ever. I got 1000/1000 speed and my girlfriend next to me, plays it aswell with no issue.
Maybe add a feature to the game, that can make sure people can join the game again or maybe not give penalty to people that crash or gets an error. Since this isn't fair.
Hope you can provide with some help here.
- All in all I've got 1½ hour penalty for just playing the game what I'll like to do. But dont see any way that I have to be punished for a game bug.
