Guys, does anyone know what the average time for a response from Ubisoft support?
I bought credits for Raimbow Six Siege on December 7, 2022 and so far the credits do not appear in the game and neither support has responded to my call. They claim that they will respond within 48 (forty-eight) hours, but it has been more than thirty days since I opened the call and I have not received any response.
I ask because here in Brazil the consumer protection code provides that the company must respond within 30 days, either with the resolution of the problem or with the return of the value.
