Hello,
Please read this complaint Ubisoft
I play rainbow six siege and it is my favourite game.
Now the problem is that I play on East Asian servers and it is just soo bad that you can't get a match at all no matter how much time you wait so please make it that we can change our match making servers. Plz, I can easily say that many people have stopped playing the game because of this, I myself stopped playing the game for 5 months because of this reason, so can you just please let us or at least the ones who play in East Asia change their servers.

Please my inquiry and as well as all the people I know and many who I don't even know have said the same thing but they just don't want to file a complaint as they say that Ubisoft customer service will not do any thing, so that is why I am filing this complaint Ubisoft.

And I can assure you that if you you check the servers right now you will find the same thing.

And if you see my stats, you will see that all the matches I have played are in different servers and I was fine in playing in different servers but than you guys patched the way for us to play in different regions and now I can't even do anything

Please solve this, I and many others shall be waiting for you response.

Prove to us that you care about your players and do something.

Your frustration here is completely valid and I would be just as annoyed if I were not able to fully enjoy a game I had paid for. With that being said, please complete our connectivity troubleshooting guide in full, including port forwarding. Doing so will ensure that your connection to the game's online services is not being blocked or interrupted. This will ultimately help to lessen any disconnects or connection issues you may be having trouble with. Optimizing your connection would be a great step to take to see if that makes any improvements for you in-game. However, if those steps do not help, please open a case at support.ubi.com to receive further assistance from our technical support team.
