[2020] Missing M.U.T.E Protocol Pack

Idk if you can check it, but my last 2 M.U.T.E. packs were opened on 11th of August. I have 2 screenshots that even if copied shows the last date of file modification (11/08/2020). Today I've done a mission for a win in MUTE protocol and though the mission is completed and my pack is "received" I don't have it (like the Indian Peafowl recently, same case). I had the "you can't do this action right now, try again later" information, then the mission accepted itself, it is completed, but it gave me no reward. I hope you can check when I got my last MUTE pack drop and you will see that I don't have new pack in my inventory. Restarting my game didn't help. What is going on with mission drops lately?

edit: I received the little robot charm, no bug there.
