December 24th I made a support ticket for a ban appeal, because my account got unfairly banned for cheating. I never cheated.
In June of that same year I was temporarily banned also for cheating. Again I never cheated. I had also made an appeal for this.

And while these false bans in itself are already unwarranted the main issue I want to address in this thread is the waiting time for Ubisoft support.

The appeal for the temporary ban was responded to the day after the ticket (at least very fast in comparison to my latest one) while that ban was still unwarranted just like my most recent one that's besides the point the support response time was fast.

My most recent appeal (that of December 24th) the first time it was responded to by which I presume to be a bot was January 4th asking me to verify my account to continue the support. I did so the same day and after that I never got a response back. The verification link I received in my email said the verification was successful but I never got a response, I then made a few comments on the support ticket every 3 weeks or so asking if I was going to be helped anytime soon, but I still haven't gotten helped.

Firstly of all, please don't post your case numbers on the forums as these are related to your account so is private information.

The creation of multiple tickets won't help speed the resolution to your case up, it just creates more work as the first email you are sent is a manual process to identify cases which need to have the verification email sent and to send it. We do have agents who are able to do the first response to get the verification out the way quickly, as that is the quick and easy part of handling a ticket. Then it will be picked up by someone else who will be best suited to handle your ticket as soon as possible.

There are delays to tickets currently for various reasons but there is a lot of them at the moment to get through. You will get a response once they get to your ticket.
