[2022] Perma reconnect on unranked game

My friend and I started an unranked game, we then disconnected by mistake and reconnected to the game, the problem was that the game we were trying to reconnect to didn't exist. After waiting 7 minutes to reconnect, we gave up and accepted the ban, but after we accepted the ban it still said to reconnect to the game, but since the game didn't exist we would reconnect to nothing. Now my frienbd and I can't play unranked because instead of saying "can't play because of ban" or something like that, it says "reconnect to game". My friend has the same problem, please help me.
