[2022] A ranked game bug.

Dear Ubisoft,

I had an issue with ranked game as I started it with my friend and we got a bug in a match and it crashed. I've been suspended for 2 hours like my friend, and we dropped to Silver IV ! Other players disconnected too, but somebody hasn't got a suspension. That was for no reason, and I hope you will fix this for us.

Sorry to hear that! Unfortunately we don't have the ability to lift temporary sanctions, but please give the steps listed over here a try, and if that doesn't help out with the game crashing then please let us know!
