Hey there @HawkeyeWilikens!

If setting the resolution to 3840 x 1620 in the game's settings isn't working for you, have you tried editing the .ini file?

You should be able to find it by going to your Documents folder > Assassin's Creed: Valhalla > ACValhalla.ini, and the settings you're looking for are FullscreenWidth and FullscreenHeight. Adjusting those values accordingly should hopefully let you play at the desired resolution! ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi @krasorias! You can try learning some maps through the Lone Wolf mode which should allow you to play solo, but otherwise you are indeed limited to custom games or playing normal matches. Sorry about that!

It looks like Valhalla's minimum requirements actually has the required storage space for the game listed at about 130GB rather than 50GB. I see that what you've said so far would mean you're installing about 150GB, so 20GB of the Epic installation is most likely data that...

To start I'd try doing these steps that will hopefully force your missing Death Jarl gear to show up, but if that doesn't help then please get us some images showing both the duplicate helm, as well as your torso armor collection showing that the Death Jarl torso piece isn't there!

If you haven't already then please try running through these steps to see if they allow you to equip any runes. If not, please also upload some images showing the torso piece you currently have equipped as well as the runes you're wanting to use!

Hello there, @LikeFiftyCops!

So far as I can tell, the Glacial Bear Encounter should just be an option that you can select when speaking with Kara. The only prerequisite I can find is that you would have had to defeat the bear during normal gameplay first before you can fight it again as a Tale.

Hello @mayamose1, I'm sorry to hear about your lost saves.

If you have not already, I highly recommend completing our basic troubleshooting steps for Xbox Series X/S to help prevent this from happening again. Additionally, you will also want to disable quick resume for Valhalla as well since it has been known to cause issues with some of our games!

Hey there @Get-Money, sorry to hear that Siege's audio isn't cooperating with you!

First I'd recommend giving the steps listed here a shot, and then double-checking to make sure you've done all of our basic PC troubleshooting steps if you're still having issues after that!

I'd recommend running through the steps listed here to reduce or hopefully get rid of the crashing you're running into. If that doesn't work, please also try running the game in both Vulcan and DirectX mode to see if this is happening in only one or both modes!
