hi my game crashed for some reason and when i restarted the game again the fbs reading now become ( 170-250 fbs ) idk why but my screen is only 75 hz and its causing me trouble in-game is there a way that i can bring back my fbs to 75 frame per second ? please help

Welcome to the forums.
You can either choose one of the set refresh rate options from the in-game menu or alternatively you can edit the configuration file to set your refresh rate to a specific value, in your case this would be 75, where this an FPS limit setting under the "Display" heading. By default this can found on your main drive in the documents folder, Documents\My Games\Rainbow Six - Siege\GameSettings.ini
