Hi there.

This error you're seeing is usually because you're launching the game whilst signed in to a Ubisoft account where the game hasn't been activated.

Are you aware of any other Ubisoft accounts you own? If so I would recommend signing in on those and trying again. When you're on the correct account you should no longer see this error.

If you're unsure of any other accounts we can help you to recover access but we cannot do so over the forums. You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you. Once the case is open please attach a screenshot from one of the folders listed below, do not post that here. Thanks.
