In A ranked Game the scores were 4:4 so overtime match point the servers stopped working so no could move, as i was no the attacking side we lost and I personally lost 109mmr i don't know weather this was a ddos and it might have been as there were no connection issues throughout the match. However if the servers were just bad with no interaction from the other team then will i still receive my mmr back??

Sorry to hear about this! If there are no players involved to be potentially sanctioned for cheating / DDOS, it is unlikely any MMR would be reinstated as a sanction needs to be issues to trigger the MMR Rollback system.
If you do however suspect any foul play, contact us through our Support Site or Facebook and Twitter with any details on the match such as the date / time, usernames of the opposing team so we can take a closer look!
