[2021] Game Crashes on Open

As you've given the standard first steps we advise a try already, for us to be able to advise further we will need to see your PC's system files.

If you could please create a ticket via our Support Site, Facebook or Twitter and upload your DxDiag and MSinfo system files.

We'll take a look and see what else may be causing the issue.

Do you receive any errors when creating your case?

You may be able to create the case by posting a message, then open the case after it's creating to add the files afterwards.

Alternatively, you're welcome to open a Social case via Facebook or Twitter and we can create a case for you to upload your files.

Thanks for this @mu1berrystreet , the issue is that your region isn't supporting email tickets at the moment, only Live Chat which is currently closed.
