I don't know how many weeks ago it was but I linked my Xbox account to the PC account I use. I went through all this crap with Ubisoft support not responding for days and them re-stating questions that I had already answered and just making the process take forever. Finally I linked it and they said I should receive my items shortly. I waited and finally got sick of waiting so I submitted another ticket simply asking when I should expect to receive them. They have not responded for 6 days, while also responding to my friends support tickets. I feel I'm not asking too much to just receive the stuff I paid for on Xbox. I already went through all this crap just unlinking and re-linking an account and now I have to sit here and wait for weeks to get the stuff I paid for and am not receiving any responses or correspondence. Any help would be great.

Hey @Gilbeythe3rd! Sorry to hear you've had difficulties with linking your accounts.

This is unfortunately something we can't handle through the forums. In this case I'd have to ask you to remain patient, until the Support Team gets back to you. We've been receiving more contacts than usual, which can lead to delays. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
