[2021] GameSettings.ini for Vulkan

The GameSettings.ini file doesn't seem to work when launching the game with Vulkan.

Edit: I mean when you change servers, the game doesn't actually change servers even if the file is changed.

Hey there.

Have you tried making the change and then setting the file to read only? Please also double check first of all that every step suggested in this article to change data center has been followed
