@unproven_ Hey! Sorry that you're experiencing a high ping when trying to play. If you haven't yet, I'd suggest going through the steps in our guide here. If you're still experiencing a high ping after going through those steps, could you please let me know if this is happening to everyone in the match at the same time? If so, do you eventually get disconnected and see any error codes when that happens?
