I got banned for another 2 days after server crash booted entire team. I also was able to join back before match ended and still got banned for it.

I'm sorry to hear that you were banned in the game due to the crash. Player support is unable to lift temporary bans, as they are applied and automatically lifted by our system - the only solution is to wait them out and try again.
