My squad and I have been disconnected a few times in the beginning/middle of ranked matches, and then it will not let us reconnect, we have tried restarting the game, restarting the computer and it still hasn't worked. It usually happens to one person, but it puts our whole squad at a disadvantage and then that person cannot reconnect which results in an unfair ban for 1+ hour(s).

Sorry to hear that due to some connection issues, you and your squad are receiving temporary bans.

At this time we do not handle ban appeals of any kind on the forums or social media, you would please need to open an email support ticket in order to appeal these individually.

For the mentioned connection issues, have you tried the steps from this or this support article yet to see if these helps at all?
