[2020] How to Report a Player - Cheating/Hacking/Toxicity

Thanks for reaching out, welcome to forums and I am sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you've had in the game.

Just to double-check so that I understand this correctly - do you mean that almost every match you play in Ranked, there is someone in your team who will be deliberately trying to lose the game for the team, is that right?

If it is the case indeed, please be aware that any report (whether it's made in-game or direct contact) is being taken extremely seriously and appropriate measures are being taken if one is found to be guilty, therefore if you ever encounter any similar occurrences again, you can either report the player by using in-game functionality or alterantively, reach out to us via one of the following channels:

1. Support website
2. Facebook
3. Twitter

Please do note that if you submitted the player report, it may take a moment for it to be reviewed by our game team, depending on the volume of contacts received, therefore there is always a possibility for a slight delay.
