Since the Demon Mask season my controls have been been reset on the PC.
I've reconfigured my controls, but cannon vault or rappel.
I don't even get prompts to do so.
Any idea how to fix this?

Hey @Booh-Kakky, thanks for reaching out, welcome to forums and sorry to hear about the difficulty you ran into with vaulting or rappelling.
First and foremost, just to check, did you try verifying your game files to see if issue persists? If you did yet to no avail, did you have a glance at your in-game settings to see if keys have been assigned for either of the actions?
