[2023] Temporary access code

I have a problem where by when I am automatically logged out of my account after exiting the game I will get an email with a verification code for no reason. It only send the code when I am automatically logged out of the account so no one should be trying to gain access to the account, and I don't try to relog into the account either. Is there a way to stop this from happening?
