Hello, I would like to understand on the basis of what logic it is impossible to remove the mechanics of friendly fire given the numerous and undeniable problems of toxicity it creates and has always created in this game.
Please don't put realism in the middle because you know very well that it's nonsense.

While you may not like it, tactical realism is the basis for Rainbow Six Siege. This is the primary reason why friendly fire has not been removed from the game. The team has been working on the Reverse Friendly Fire system as a way to combat frequent team kills. We are always looking into suggestions from the community on how to improve the system. Additionally, you should be reporting players who are abusing the system so the team can identify these behaviors and work on a fix to combat them.
We appreciate your input on the state of friendly fire and understand your concern. Thanks for bringing this up!
