I have an i5-10300h 4 cores @ 2.5 Ghz turbo boosted to 4.0 Ghz, 16 GB of 2933 Mhz RAM and a GTX 1650 4GB GDDR6. I have done all the troubleshooting methods in https://support.ubisoft.com/en-gb/fa...oubleshooting/ , including reinstalling the game. I've also tried running the Vulkan exe as an administrator, and tried running Vulkan after a clean boot as per an older post.Yet, Vulkan still crashes. I am able to select the Vulkan option when opening it in Steam, and then the small loading box of the Rainbow Six Siege artwork appears. After it disappears, it crashes without even opening the game or loading into the menu. Is this a specific crash to me or are there others that have this? Is there any known fix?

Edit: I am unable to open a support case as well, since Ubisoft seems to be limiting support, and when I choose that I have a Crash/Freeze technical problem, it doesn't allow me to just open a case. The "Open Support Case" button disappears and I am left with Live Chat which is unavailable.

Hey there.

Our live chat is only available during specific opening hours. You can however reach us through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you. Thanks!
