I have the game on PS4 and my ubi account and psn account share the same email however I cannot download the tts on my laptop. Is there a key I didn't recieve?

I have checked your account and can see that you do have the TTS already. Please ensure you install the Uplay PC client and login in order to donwload and install it on your PC.
