Hey @NotB3ast_ORI, thanks for getting through to us, welcome to forums and sorry to hear about what happened, as I fully appreciate the situation can be quite frustrating to deal with.

First and foremost, for troubleshooting purposes, if you haven't already, try completing steps outlined here, starting of by verifying your game files first (make sure to also complete the rest) and see if crashes still occur.

Should issue persist, may I check the following:

1. Since when did you start experiencing these crashes?
2. How often do you run into crash? Is it every game?
3. Do you receive any error message at all?
4. I understand that it always happens whilst mid-game, therefore did you notice any consistencies that would help us to narrow down the cause of the issue, such as any particular map or any particular action after which crash follows after?
5. Are you using Vulkan or DX API?

As far as the suspension itself goes, it is something that is issued by the server-side, therefore I am afraid our Support team would be unable to adjust it however we'd be more than happy to tackle the cause of suspension, which is the crash itself, and if we do find a way to sort it then suspensions won't occur either.
