[2021] Any information on Xbox servers?

Every time my friends and I go to play Rainbow we have to spend 10-15 minutes connecting to the servers and hope that after the game is over we don't get kicked off the servers and need to restart the game several more times. I thought we were getting new servers but I have yet to see any change from 3 seasons ago. When we boot the game up we get an error message saying we couldn't connect to the servers and have to hope it connects us or restart and try again. Anyone clarify what the issue is, is it fixable via my end, and what is going on with the servers??
