I have recently spent 50$ on this game for it to not let me play now. Yesterday I hop on my Xbox to play rainbow with my friends and instead greeted with a loading screen of shadow legacy and all it says is "Creating Squad..." and it just stays there. I sat on that screen for 2 hours then reset my Xbox waited on that screen for another 45 minutes then reset my Wifi, after that proceeded to wait 3 more hours on the same screen for it to just not load. I decided maybe I should try another Ubisoft game, so I downloaded For Honor and it worked just fine. I then decided to uninstall and reinstall again to no change just the same Shadow Legacy loading screen and text that read "Creating Squad. I have submitted a ticket for it at Ubisoft support and it was supposedly fixed. IT WASNT. I then let the game " Create Squad" over night for about 6 hours and woke up to the same screen and text. Im annoyed and just want to play this game please help

As you have already created a ticket about this my best advice would be to respond to the ticket and tell the agents what troubleshooting you have done from their list and then provide them with the screenshots they have asked for. That way we can escalate your case if needed.Thank you.
