My voice chat is broken, I check my audio settings and my mic is allowed for apps, my mic is the default device, my headphones are the main output device, and even if i turn all of the settings in game off then back on, I still can't hear anyone in game and no one can hear me. I can hear game volume, browser volume, spotify, discord all fine, its just in-game volume. can anyone help?

Are you possibly using any background applications that may interfere with voice communication? If you are, try temporarily disabling them.
Additionally, can you check in-game settings for 'Voice-Chat Threshold and make sure it's it's not set too high?
