[2022] Slow loading despite SSD

I´ve never used a forum before, but this grinds me really.
I´m playing siege for some years now, and at least for four years i´ve been using an SSD for the game. Only the Uplay launcher and R6 are on this drive, nothing else.
With each update my loading times change, sometimes i´m the fastest, but with the last two my loading times are horribly long and i´m getting to read the usual stupid ssd jokes.

Other things i checked:
My Hardware is okay (I7-4790K, 1070 Armor OC 8 GB, 16 GB Ram)
My Pc Stats are good while playing, except my SSD is alway on 100% since the last update. I checked the drive and its S.M.A.R.T. statistics with a tool, all good. My Pc is connected to the internet via cable and i got a (for german standards) good internet connection.
I checked the gamedata via Uplay yesterday again and all were good.

The only game i got this troubles is R6 and the sometimes got fixed with some updates and reoccur with the next. I´m really fed up with this.
