These freezes sound frustrating, so I'll be happy to help with that.
Have you tried our
basic troubleshooting steps? In particular, you'll want to make sure you update your graphics drivers and OS, and disable background programs, but the other steps are useful also.
If that doesn't help, we'll need some system files - a
DxDiag.txt and an
MsInfo.txt. The two articles I've linked there will show you how to find each of them.
Once you have those files, you can reach out to us
via our support website (don't choose any of the drop-down menus, just scroll right down to the support ticket), or via Facebook or Twitter, to send them across, and we'll be able to use them to investigate the issue.
