I was going positive in a ranked game on Chalet. Was having 0 connection issues except for the first round, on the 6th round where we were winning 3-2, I started lagging badly. 2 minutes before the game ended with us winning I was booted out of the game due to my ping rising from 17 up to 630 to over 4000. Usually that wouldn't be a problem but my menu froze when I was kicked out and I wasn't able to reconnect and by the time I had restarted the game I had got an abandon penalty and lost mmr. I'm pretty mad about it seeing as I was going to get plat that game. I have the match ID which I'll put below.

This was on Xbox One, my gamertag in game is Kayanitey, however I have the feature where I have 2 gamertags on one account, so my account me actually be Kai C Summers.
Even if I could just get my MMR reverted that'd be nice. If a screenshot of the match ID is needed I have one that I had my friend take as the game ended.
Any help is appreciated.
