I recently started getting stutters/lag spikes for no reason, I have the latest graphics drives and hardware that meets the requirements. The only thing that I've changed on my game is turning down the graphics, but that would make no sense for the game to run worse.

I'm sorry to hear about this lag & stuttering you've come across while playing. In order to investigate these lag & stuttering issues further, would you please clarify if it has been occurring randomly or during specific points in your match? Also, I would recommend giving these general & connectivity troubleshooting guides a try to see if they help.
