Recently i completed the national liberation day of Korea club challenge and I did not receive the charm even though I have collected the challenge and restarted multiple times. Is there a fix to this?

We can certainly look into that for you. Would you be able to send us a screenshot showing that the challenge has been completed and claimed with your Uplay username displayed? Thanks.
