I was entering a game of ranked then during the queue I got a error message. When I tried to go back in the game I got the same error. I tried exiting out the game and going back in multiple times and still got the same error until the two day ban came up.

I'm sorry to hear that you received a temporary ban in Rainbow Six: Siege. This could be due to the degradation of the game's servers that day. That being said, these penalities are issued server side by an automated system and cannot be overturned. You will therefore need to wait until the ban is over.
