Hello @SRKarmaTTV, thank you for posting about this 'ownership' message you see when trying to launch the game.
 
1. You may have more than one Ubisoft account and you may be signing in to your game launcher with the wrong details. You can check what Ubisoft account owns this game, by signing in to this website and checking to see if your game is listed under 'my games' > https://ubisoftconnect.com/en-GB/games/

2. You have not linked your Ubisoft account to your Steam account. You can check if your accounts are linked on our website here under 'linked accounts' > https://account.ubisoft.com/en-US/account-information

3. You may need to delete your game launchers temporary cache files >

• Ubisoft username
