[2022] Banned after first time logging in.

Hello! Recently a few friends of mine have taken up playing Rainbow Six Siege, I have tried to download and play it but whenever I get to the main menu it shows some form of a "Banned" message and it does not allow me to play Rainbow six online with my friends, I am not sure as to why. The Ubisoft I play on is fine in any other game online or offline but for whatever reason R6 will not work, this computer was purchased from a third party seller but I am unsure if that matters or not. I am hoping to have some clarification on this as it is rather confusing to be able to play any other Ubisoft game but Rainbow Six, hopefully someone can help me, thanks!
