I have been playing R6 for almost 2 years now on the system whose specifications are mentioned below. Although my system is slightly under-powered, it has been able to run R6 at Low graphics settings at a resolution of 1280X720 at an average frame rate of 53 FPS (data from the in-game benchmarking tool) . After downloading an update recently via Steam, I have noticed a consistent drop in frame-rate in both Multiplayer and Training Grounds ( Lone Wolf ) especially when there are other players near my position (even if they are out of my line-of-sight) or, in Training Grounds, when I enter a room with more than 2 enemies. My frame-rate drops from more than 50 to near 20 in these situations. This is the first time I have encountered this problem ever since I installed this game on my system nearly 2 years ago (during Operation Wind Bastion). I have set the task priority of the R6 executable to High in the Task Manager and have updated my drivers to the latest recommended versions but the problem still persists.

I tried submitting a support case via https://support.ubisoft.com/en-gb/Cases/New with my DxDiag and Msinfo files attached but an error in processing my request is preventing me from doing so. Thus, in a last ditch effort for a solution, I am raising my issue in this forum. Hopefully, I will get some useful help here since the website is refusing to.

Thank You.

Hey there.

Your CPU is quite a bit below the minimum requirements for the game so as such performance of any kind cannot be assured. We will however take a look at your system files but as a result of this we cannot guarantee a solution. If you're being given an error on the website when submitting those files can I ask you to try each step suggested here please?
