[2023] match getting cancels when my pc is having problems I get banned

this matter should be fixed right now. i want to play ranked but my pc crashes sometimes i always load back in if i can. Now there is a thing to cancel the match. therefore i will get banned this is not right to me. it happens every few games so my ban is up to 2 day. game is great and i want to play but you guys just make it harder every season. i will stop playing and spenting money on this game if not patched even if its just to me.
