[2020] I can't access the ubisoft store

I can neither access the ubisoft store or ubisoft club. This is very frustrating because I want to buy the battle pass and can't. I will get an error if click on the store. It states that this function isn't available at the moment. But its never available it's not like the servers are down so I don't know what is up.
