Lost 71 ELO due to a Ubi connection server error on 4 4 overtime match point. Wasn't my internet because i was connected to Discord and Spotify with no error, one of my team mates had the same problem but earlier in the game. Just stating my concern, fix your server ubi.

After having a closer look at our server information, it appears that there have been no degradation at the time of your contact and it was running as intended, therefore could you clarify whether you were able to connect to the game after this one was finalised, or were you prevented from doing so?
Also, as this may be another cause of the issue, do you possibly have a screenshot of the scoreboard and able to tell the time this game happened? This information would help us to review the possibility of DDoS.
